A cultural icon of Adelaide, the Union Hotel has been in constant service since the middle of the 19th Century. The latest guise is a fashionable and timely refit. The renovations have added some '70s flair to the 'old girl', and the Union hotel is now the meeting place for more than just a few disgruntled teachers. Lavish use of wood paneling, mood lights and plush seating reflects the savvy style of the young inner-city crowd.
